01. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with or staying at Sambodhi Retreat (we, us, our), you (Guest) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Payment constitutes acceptance for yourself and all members of your party

02. Booking & Payment

Full or partial payment indicates acceptance of these Terms.
Accepted methods include credit/debit card and cash. Any refund follows the cancellation policy below.

03. Rates & Availability

Rates are per room, per night and subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Room availability confirmed only after receipt of payment and acknowledgement.

04. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM, check-out by 11:30 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

05. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation is permitted up to X days before arrival (customize according to your policy).
After that, cancellation may incur fees equivalent to one night's or full stay.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed via the original payment method within Y days.

06. Guest Conduct & Safety

Guests must comply with resort rules and local laws; harassment and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
Unauthorized pets, smoking outside designated zones, or damage to property may result in charges.
We reserve the right to refuse service or eviction in extreme circumstances.

07. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed free of charge, including dogs and cats of any size. Guests are responsible for cleaning and supervision.

08. Amenities & Services

Guests may enjoy facilities including outdoor pool, kids pool, spa, restaurant, fitness center, recreational activities and event venues.
Some services (e.g. horse riding, rain dance, excursions) may incur additional charges.

09. Liability & Safety

We do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of guest property.
Participation in any activity is at the guest's own risk. Use of pools, sports, or excursions is subject to health and safety compliance.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Guest personal information is handled per the resort's Privacy Policy, accessible on the website footer.
